Preorder & Shipping Policy

Preorder Notice

InnerFemme currently operates as a preorder-based brand until announced otherwise. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it is sent into production.

  • Estimated production time is approximately 2-4 weeks.

  • Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, or vendor workload.

Shipping Time

  • After production is complete, orders are prepared for shipment.

  • Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order enters production.

  • Receiving a tracking number means your item is being prepared and will be delivered shortly after production is completed.

  • Tracking updates may take several days to reflect movement.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High production demand

  • Supplier or manufacturer delays

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak seasons

InnerFemme is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will always communicate updates when available.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All orders are final.

  • Due to the preorder nature of our brand, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not accepted once an order is placed.

Order Changes

  • Customers have 48 hours after placing an order to request changes such as size or color.

  • Changes requested after this window may not be accommodated.

Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is submitted and the order must be rerouted or resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

  • InnerFemme is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
